I don’t know if you’ve ever subscribed to one of those services where you pay a monthly fee for a stylist who sends you a box of clothes every month. You try everything on, send the stuff back that you don’t want, and buy the things that you like.
It’s a cool concept, but Amazon is doing it better (not that you’re surprised by that)…
Their new ‘Amazon Prime Wardrobe’ service will allow you to pick 3-15 select items off of Amazon (without buying them). They’ll ship the items to you so you can try them on. You buy/keep what you want, and send the rest back…

And guess what? If you decide to keep all of the items, you get a discount off of the entire box…
Oh, and did I mention that shipping – both ways – is totally FREE?
As someone who has struggled at the thought of buying clothes online without trying them on – but who also struggles with the idea of paying $20 or more a month to have a stranger send me a bunch of clothes out of my price-point that I typically end up sending back anyway – THIS IS A GAMECHANGER.
No word on when Amazon Prime Wardrobe officially launches…but Prime members, myself included, will be clicking ‘refresh’ on our apps until it’s official.
