This is kinda the coolest way to tell your husband you’re having a baby.
Audrey Rose and her husband, David, hopped on a flight to Chicago…super normal, right?
Well, what David didn’t know is that Audrey slipped a handwritten note to the flight crew as they climbed on-board, asking if they could help surprise her husband by telling him – during their announcements – that he’s going to be a dad.
Well, they came through (big time) and made it part of their pre-flight announcements!!
As you can tell by David’s reaction (pretty sure the only word he said the entire time was ‘WHAT?!’) [More]

When couples find out they’re pregnant, one of the first things many of them think of is how they will tell their family and friends the exciting news.
After battling infertility for 11 years, this couple FINALLY got to tell their parents that they are expecting their first baby…
They went with the classic ‘Bun In the Oven’ announcement…
Unfortunately, the ‘Grandma-To-Be’ didn’t quite get it at first. And it’s adorable…
(she catches on at the 2:03 mark)
SO happy for them. Congrats!!

STOP EVERYTHING AND LOOK AT THIS BABY HIPPO!!!!!!!!!!
This little baby is a rare pygmy hippo, and the newest member of the Lowry Park Zoo family.
He or she (they aren’t sure of the gender yet) was born on December 1st and is already practicing swimming with mommy.
I could watch him wobble around alllllll day. ❤

While we were busy celebrating chowing down on turkey and stuffing last Thursday, the team at Busch Gardens was busy bringing a new baby giraffe into the world!!
The ‘tiny’ little guy weighed in at 150-POUNDS and was already 6-feet tall when he was born. Celina, one of the park’s giraffes, is his mommy.
Busch Gardens posted some pictures of him to their Facebook page and say they’re letting YOU pick his name!!
SO. STINKING. CUTE. ❤

There are women like you and me that have bodies that like to take their sweet time going back to ‘normal’ after we have a baby…
And then there’s Beyonce.
Have you seen this picture?
Keep in mind, Beyonce gave birth to not one, but TWO babies (Rumi and Sir Carter), back in June.
And here we are…TWO MONTHS later!!
Deep down, I’m happy for her, but knowing what it’s REALLY like for most of us to get back to ‘us’ once we’ve had a baby, I’m just wondering…IS SHE EVEN REAL?!?!?!

THIS IS WHY DOCTORS ARE SO AMAZINGLY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
Meet Dr. Amanda Hess.
She’s an OB from Kentucky, and last month, she headed down to the hospital to be induced to give birth to her own baby.
While she was getting ready, she heard that there was another woman who needed to deliver ASAP because her baby was in distress.
The woman’s original doctor was on her way, but hadn’t arrived yet. So, without skipping a beat, Dr. Hess jumped into action.
Both girls (and their mommies) are doing fantastic!!

Pink is a breastfeeding mom, and she doesn’t care who knows it.
As a new mom to a now 9-month-old (who is also breastfeeding for the first year), I feel like I’m constantly checking in with Pink from afar to see how things are going with her little guy, Jameson.
And while I’m definitely more shy – taking my son into a quiet room to feed him most of the time, or slipping into an office at work to pump – Pink wants everyone to know what she’s up to…which is why she’s one of my favorite people of all time.

This tiger snuggling up to a pregnant woman’s belly is the SWEETEST thing you’ll see all week… ❤
The girl you see here is Natasha. She and her cousin were at an event at the Potawatomi Zoo in Indiana when they decided to stop and check out the tigers.
Apparently this sweet tiger had very maternal instincts. In the video, you can see her come directly up to Natasha and try to snuggle up close.
When Natasha shows the tiger her pregnant belly, it immediately nestles it’s head towards her stomach.
My heart is legit melting out of my body. ❤

For months, I’ve been checking in on April the Giraffe.
For months, I watched her pace in front of the camera. Each day, becoming more and more pregnant.
For months, I turned in, hoping I might catch her just going into labor.
When the day finally came, I spent wayyyyy too much time watching the footage. Like, wayyyyy too much time. I even watched the replay. Twice.
And now, IT’S OVER!!!!
