Sometimes, I hold on to a song that I LOVE until I can find the book that will be a perfect fit.
I’ve had Run the Jewels ‘Blockbuster Night Part 1’ sitting in my back pocket for monthsssss…
I realized it was totally worth the wait the second I started reading Anna Dewdney’s ‘Llama Llama Holiday Drama’…
Here you go!!
Got a book you want me to rap? Send it on down to the studio or email me and let me know what it is – danielle@MyMagic949.com!!

I wonder what Clement Moore – the guy who wrote ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ in the 1800s – would say if he found out that I just rapped his book over Eminem’s ‘Lose Yourself’ for this week’s Bedtime Beats…
If there’s a book that you think should be included in Bedtime Beats…email me – danielle@MyMagic949.com. I’m ALWAYS looking for new ideas!!

This week’s Bedtime Beats has a holiday spin – with dinosaurs…of course. #BoyMom
Check out Jane Yolen and Mark Teague’s ‘How Do Dinosaurs Say Merry Christmas’ to Migos ft. Cardi B ‘MotorSport’…
If you have a book you want me to rap – email me at danielle@MyMagic949.com or send it on over to the studio (just make sure it rhymes)!!

Guilty as charged…I LOVE the ‘Little Blue Truck’ books!!
This week’s Bedtime Beats takes Alice Shertle’s ‘Little Blue Truck’s Christmas’ and mashes it up with the ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ theme song (you thought I wouldn’t go there, didn’t you?!)…
If there’s a book that you’d love to hear me rap (make sure it rhymes!!) send me an email danielle@MyMagic949.com…or just drop it off at the studio like Kenzie and Cam did this week – thanks, guys!! ❤

We’ve got pretty much the entire ‘How Do Dinosaurs…’ line of books in our house. ❤
This week’s Bedtime Beats is a mashup of Jane Yolen and Mark Teague’s ‘How Do Dinosaurs Say I Love You?’ with Outkast ‘So Fresh, So Clean’ – enjoy!!
Got an idea for a book (that rhymes!!) that you’d like me to rap? Send it on down to the studio (just like Torian did with his book this week – THANK YOU!!), or email me – danielle@MyMagic949.com!!

One of my favorite rappers (Ludacris) + one of my favorite subjects (dinosaurs) = this week’s Bedtime Beats.
Check out ‘I’m a Dirty Dinosaur’ by Janeen Brian and Ann James to Ludacris ‘Get Back’…and thanks to TJ for letting me borrow one of his books this week!!
Email me if you’ve got an idea for Bedtime Beats (danielle@MyMagic949.com)…especially if you have girl books in mind that rhyme (as you can tell by my plethora of books about trucks and dinosaurs, you’re dealing with a full-on #BoyMom here)!! ❤

While we were busy celebrating chowing down on turkey and stuffing last Thursday, the team at Busch Gardens was busy bringing a new baby giraffe into the world!!
The ‘tiny’ little guy weighed in at 150-POUNDS and was already 6-feet tall when he was born. Celina, one of the park’s giraffes, is his mommy.
Busch Gardens posted some pictures of him to their Facebook page and say they’re letting YOU pick his name!!
SO. STINKING. CUTE. ❤

Just the name is exciting, right?!
‘The Mother of All Baby Showers.’
It’s coming to the Glazer Children’s Museum in Tampa this Friday, and if you think this is just for expecting moms, you’ve got it all wrong.
I got the chance to talk to Amy Lundy about why current moms and even women who are thinking about getting pregnant should check it out…

So, you bought a pumpkin…but you totally forgot to carve it?
THERE’S STILL TIME!!
We found ourselves in the same predicament last night and used this handy trick that I got from a friend to make the COOLEST PUMPKIN EVER.
What You’ll Need:
1 Carving Set (or your basic carving tools – scraper, something to cut out a design, etc.)
A Drill (we used some extra bits to switch up the sizes of the holes in the pumpkin)
At least ONE adult. 🙂
What To Do:
Step 1: Cut off the top of your pumpkin and get all of the guts out.
Step 2: *skip to Step 3 [More]
